Message: ok… i want to promote you. I want to paste this everywhere i can… but yer radio web embed chat kinda blows… and its not the web chat format… its the RADIO…
IT BLOWs “out the ass” (then gets an enema stuffs its ass back full of peanut butter and then hires brazilian whores to lick it and puke it back out onto eachother),
considering the content on here. You could be that much closer to the fucking edge, but pop has its place… and maybe your market research has indicated a disparity of a pop vs indie audience… but selling indie pop in sheeps clothing isn’t fooling anyone.
its roughly a 1 out of 5 tunes that are tolerable and most of them, already saturated. Keep it going if it works for you.
Personally i would start promoting some specific artists for their INDIVIDUAL RADIO STATIONS that can be played thru their media player.
for one like the Music for kids that can’t read good that guy knows his shit.
and why is there no Percolator on here, they recorded at Steve Albini’s Studios in Chicago and their whole album is available for web download at percolator music.com… (i guess its bloggers fault, but come’on get someone on that).
Get on it -or just keep it up.
I like what you’re doing, i just had to dig in the diamond mine to find any diamonds…
you can be more than non commercial radio… i know you can, i believe in you.
Also, if you have room for employment opportunities… I’m taking a break from tattooing this winter (the season is dead) and i need something to do. Hit me back. I had some ideas for promotional material (Incoropating the Visual), and exploiting jaded skeptical counterculture markets thru subversive memes and Rushkoffian “Viral” Media. A tie in with [redacted].com would certainly be a good idea, as they’re doing TV spots on some of your TARGET markets for cool hipster gurus.
Thanks,
Later,
