Does Internet hype destroy bands? Does it reward bands that offer immediate gratification without lasting value? Very interesting to see the top 1500 blogs on Hype Machine listed as a separate group in this chart. Though it’d be nice if their stats for Hype Machine itself were accurate, Quantcast (uses a javascript include to measure audience) say we get over 400K US uniques a month.
